Ad-interim-management of your company, a division or an operational unit
I offer a timely limited management-mission in an operational leadership-role as board-member, VP etc.
My STRENGTH lies in particular in managing critical business-situations, responding to their individual needs:
I offer a very high level of resilience, drive and persistence – always connected with active and extensive communication.
However - you also might have the need to give continued and STABLE leadership- and management-support to a division or department until your management-staff is back in his or her seat. I am also available in those situations to bridge the gap!
Even though every single situation is unique - it always requires a structured approach to solve it:
At first a quick analysis is being performed in order to understand and align priorities. For this I very quickly will travel on-site. Aside from facts and data : getting to know each other is a MUST. In addition, a FEELING for the business, the “climate” and surrounding conditions, not captured in KPIs, is required. These parameters are equally important for developing solutions and options.
The analysis is followed by an action-plan as basis for solving the key-points – one by one.
Open points will only be checked-off once sustainable solutions are accepted and implemented.
An ongoing alignment on progress and direction with you and your management will be conducted in a review for which we jointly determine format and frequency.
I will remain in the agreed interim-role as long as needed: days, weeks, months. Before stepping out, a very structured hand-over will be prepared and executed.
